After 7 days onshore things are starting to return to normal now, swelling of the ankles is reducing, claw hands are easing up & there's not a wobble left in sight. It's obviously also trying to prepare us for our return to the UK tomorrow as it's pouring down with rain as I write this ...... but at least it's still hot!

Since arriving I've had a great chance to recuperate, tour around the island & relax on a few of their 356 sandy beeches with Amanda. Unfortunately a kayak & snorkel ling trip we had arranged for today got cancelled so we're looking around for alternatives. Yesterday we spent the morning cleaning & sorting out the boat ready for shipping, after which we had a wonderful afternoon/evening with Team Boogie Woogie having a BBQ & drinks next to the Copper & Lumber Hotel.

I'm now looking forward to returning to the UK, meeting my family at the airport & friends when we get back to Teddington. Many thanks for all your messages of congratulations & I hope to catch up with as many of you in person as possible on my return.
